Jervis Bay has the most dives, second only to the great barrier reef. I went on a Dolphin Watch there and saw a TON of dolphins (they have a residency of 80 wild dolphins in the bay), i want to go back for whale watching in June because that is when the hump-back whales migrate north, they come through the bay to rest. The guide told me that on one tour they saw up to 30 hump-back whales!! how cool!
-Jervis bay is suppose to have the whitest sand , but they also say that about Whitsundays in Queensland so idk why Australia can't make up its mind
